The eight field ditches of the Dapinglin Canal's West Trunk Line primarily irrigate the farmland in the Shisizhang Agricultural Reserve Area in Xindian District. The water source comes from the Xindian River, with pumps extracting the river water and delivering it through pipelines to the field ditches for irrigation. Although the Shisizhang area has seen a rapid decline in farmland following the sectional expropriation in 2014, our office remains committed to serving farmers by continuing to provide reliable and safe irrigation water.
